Massimo Magni

I am Associate Professor of Organization and Leadership at the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University, where I currently serve as Director of the MSc in International Management – Global Experience and previously served as Academic Director of the CEMS MIM. I have also held the EssilorLuxottica Professorship in Leadership and served as Director of the Organization & Human Resources Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

My research focuses on leadership, teamwork, organizational behavior, digital collaboration, and the future of work. In particular, I study how teams and leaders perform in hybrid and technology-enabled environments, with an emphasis on collaboration, inclusion, and employee well-being. My work has been published in leading international journals and featured in outlets such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Harvard Business Review Italia, Forbes, Bloomberg, and the World Economic Forum Agenda
